• A strong leader needed for a 40 physician Hospitalist team at an academic affiliated medical center
• Prior chief hospitalist experience preferred or 2+ years hospitalist experience with career aspirations to lead a team
• 7 clinical shifts/month + 13 administrative shifts
• Closed ICU - No procedures required
