No call at this time# of ICU/Hospital Beds/ Census/ Admissions: Hospital 1 o 18 Med ICU, 18 Surg ICU, 18 bed step down unit- can scale to 72 beds if neededo 576 Hospital Bedso Census- 14o Admissions per day- 4 Hospital 2- o 12 bed ICUo 67 Hospital Beds Hospital 3- o 7 bed ICUo 40 BedsCoverage Model: (ie how many docs/midlevels on each day/night) Day shift- 1 intensivist, 1 APP, 1 resident Night Shift- Tele-med
