Staff Hospitalist
Church Hill area in Richmond
PrimeDoc is a 100% physician owned and managed hospitalist group. We currently manage 12 hospitalist programs throughout Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina and Georgia. Each PrimeDoc Hospitalist practice is established as a private-practice, so each group has local control and autonomy. At the same time, we leverage our company size to provide outstanding physician leadership and support to each program at a very low overhead. We also provide dedicated coding and documentation training and development & utilize state-of-the-art charge capture technology and communication devices.
We currently operate two very established hospitalist programs in Richmond (Memorial Regional Medical Center & St. Francis Medical Center)all through a rock-solid partnership with Bon Secours Richmond Hospital System.
We have established a 3rd private hospitalist practice at Richmond Community Hospital. This program consists of 3 FTE's. The schedule is flexible and we are planning to work 5 on / 10 off, but this can be altered if the physicians want to change it (10 on, 5 off, or 5 on, 5 off). No in-house responsibility and no-overnights in the hospital are required (night phone call). Guaranteed shift rate. Physicians will average @ 15 shifts per month and see 16-19 patients per day (total patient encounters). In addition, we offer tremendous local physician support through local PrimeDoc Clinical Leaders based in Richmond.
