Orthopedic Hospitalist (2)


Orthopedic Hospitalist (2) - Layton, UT – Busy ER would like to add 2 Orthopedic Hospitalists to cover on a 24 hour rotation (ideally 7on/7off).  Orthopedic specialties include general, sports and spine. Physician might anticipate 1.5 ER referrals per day.  Full range of radiology available.  ER is not a designated trauma center.

About Utah Critical Care Intensivist Jobs

Critical Care Intensivist jobs are regulated by the Utah Medical Board. As a part of the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, the mission of the Utah Medical Advisory Board is to safeguard the public health, safety and welfare and to enhance commerce through licensing and regulation. The Utah Medical Advisory Board acts in an advisory role in that they recommend, assist, and support the Utah DOPL in taking appropriate action in licensure and investigative matters. Their advisory duties include: recommending to the director appropriate rules, policy and budgetary matters; approving and establishing a passing score for applicant examinations; screening applicants and recommending licensing, renewal, reinstatement, and relicensure actions to the director; assisting the director in establishing standards of supervision for students or persons in training to become qualified to obtain a license in the occupation or profession it represents and; acting as presiding officer in conducting hearings associated with adjudicative proceedings and in issuing recommended orders when so designated by the director.
