>100 Bed Not-for-profit Facility is seeking a Hospitalist Medical Director for their Hospitalist program serving a population of 75,000. Shift schedule would be open for discussion but 7 on/7 off would be preferred. Four Hospitalists work 7 on/7 off schedule, covering night call 1 in 3. Fifth Hospitalist works M-F every week and does not typically provide call coverage except to back-up mid-level.

We provide a broad range of primary care, orthopedic, cardiac, and outpatient services. Compensation is a base salary of >200K + bonuses + relocation assistance + great benefits + possible student loan repayment. ICU, vent, and stress tests will be required but central lines are optional.

Our community is best known for our proximity to Kentucky Lake and its many recreational activities, but we also have excellent city and county school systems and a variety of local shopping and dining options. For additional dining and entertainment options, Jackson is an easy commute of less than an hour. Memphis and Nashville are within 2 hours and offer pro sports, live music and a full range of cultural options. Family oriented outdoor activities are plentiful – sports, hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, picnics, horses, golf and tennis are all within minutes. Housing is affordable and varied.
