-7 on 7 off - 12 hr shifts

- Night and day available

- Prefer experience

- Starting at $200k Nocturnist make about $225k

-Production based bonus model

- Docs will be cross credentialed but work mainly one facility -Buy in to the group after 2 years

-you accept Internal Medicine and Family Medicine trained hospitalist? YES - MD/DO preference? NO PREFERENCE - Do you require board certification or will you accept board eligible candidates? BE ACCEPTED, HOWEVER, MUST BE CERTIFIED WITHIN 5YRS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH US

–REQUIRED - When do you need the provider to start? (Next 30, 60, 90 days.) UPON COMPLETION OF CREDENTIALING (CAN TAKE UP TO 90DAYS AFTER OFFER ACCEPTED)

- Salary ranges and benefits information, relocation, and interview expense paid? APPROX 200k, FULL BENEFITS OFFERED, RELOCATION UP TO $10K WITH RECEIPTS, INTERVIEW EXPENSES PAID IF WE APPROVE PRIOR TO.

- How many current Hospitalist are on staff? 11 WITH CONTRACTS OUT TO 2 ADDITIONAL

-What does the subspecialty backup support look like? ONLY NEURO SURG & CARDIOTHORACIC NOT OFFERED -TRANSFERRED OUT.

-Is there an Intensivist on staff? YES

- What is the schedule (blocks, night requirement, and call)? (on average): 7 ON 7 OFF ROTATION, 12 HOUR SHIFTS- 7A TO 7P OR 7P TO 7A

-Types of procedures required at this facility?PROCEDURES NOT REQUIRED

-Do they require DEA and CDS in their state? YES -Are any life cards required? (BLS, ACLS, ATLS etc.) BLS AND ACLS
