  • Position: Perm, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine for LTAC facility.
  • City, State: Grand Forks, ND.
  • Facility: LTAC, associated w/ a Regional Health System.
  • Facility Profile: Long Term Acute Care facility.
  • Trauma: N/A.
  • ADC: 16 - 20 patients. Call: Please call for details.
  • Support Staff: RN’s, Tech’s, sub-specialty back-up support, typical of a LTAC environment.
  • BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Geriatric Medicine takes highest priority.
  • MD or DO.
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Procedures: Typical bedside capabilities of IM or FM.
  • Schedule: Mon – Friday, 8a – 5p.
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, pension, profit sharing, supplemental retirement, disability, life insurance, CME, relocation and malpractice paid. Visa sponsorships (H1b & J1) are available through this client.
  • Compensation: A min. of $185k or your work RVU.
  • Bonus/Sign-on: $40k (4-year forgiveness period).
