Locum is need to start working shifts on June 1, 2012. Locum must have experience in vent management. Must have done 25 vents within the past five years. Will not consider a physician who is not willing to work nights. NO Family Practice MUST have FLU Vaccination documents to present or wear masks the entire time they are working. Procedures: ? Vents exp preferred ? Intubation exp preferred but not necessary ? Responsible for codes / RRT (Rapid Response Team) ? Will monitor respiratory ? Recent inpatient experience a must w/in last 5 years -MUST be able to work day and nights - Will not consider someone who will not work any nights -12 hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) -Will respond to codes -Open ICU - 9 ICU beds -Small hospital with 107-beds- large retirement community -15 to 18 patient encounters on day shift -2 to 4 admissions/nights -Not an invasive cardiac center -Designated Stroke Center -All services exp endocrinolgy, nuerosurgery and Pediatric ICU Other Program Details: ? 7 on / 7 off block schedule (will consider 5 day blocks)? 15 shifts per month average? 12 hour shifts? Average daily census of 15-17? Call requirements are minimal? Admitting patients 16 years of age and older (mostly adult)? Open ICU-Hospitalists admit patients to ICU and are required to do procedures? Hospitalist will run codes and are part of the rapid response team? Competitive Compensation ?
