3 HOURS 30 MINUTES FROM LOUISVILLE. This assignment is for a hospitalist starting ASAP. This need is ongoing until they hire a permanent physician. This hospital needs a minimum 3 month commitment. The credentialing time frame is 1 to 2 weeks. The schedule is 7 on / 7 off and the shift is 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am. The locums hospitalist will be working with 3 permanent hospitlaists. The case load is 15 to 18 patients per day shift. No call for this assignment. Board Certification in internal medicine or family medicine is required. Kentucky state license required. They use EMR.
