2 HOURS FROM CINCINNATI. This facility needs a hospitalist to start ASAP. They need a 3 month commitment from the locums physician. The credentialing time frame is 2 - 4 weeks. This position is ongoing until a permanent physician is hired. The shifts are 11am to 9pm on Friday, 8am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. No Call required at this facility. The case load is 10 to 15 patients per day. Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required. The locums physician will be working with 2 permanent hospitalists. An Ohio state license is required. They will consider family practice physicians with hospitalist experience. No Procedures are required. Hospitalists do not respond to codes and they do not work in the ICU. 2 NP's or PA's will assist the hospitalists.
