Coastal Massachusetts Hospital (250 beds)* is seeking an additional Hospitalist for group practice of Eighteen Hospitalists. * Hospital listed in top 100 USA Hospitals in latest Thompson Rating
Training in Internal Medicine is required. Two Mid-Levels assist the Hospitalists group. Physicians work a block schedule of five on and five off. They also rotate their work between admissions and rounding. The typical census would be 15-18 patients. Covering the ICU is a requirement, but back up is provided by the Pulmonologists and Intensivists. ICU is 12 beds with additional beds for overflow.
Generous Guarantee starts at 205K - 240K depending on experience. Signing Bonus of 50K offered. Additional RVU formula offers up to an additional 15% more income. Hospital Benefits include 403B Retirement Plan, Malpractice, Health, Dental, Life Insurance, Disability, and Relocation are offered. Four weeks vacation and ten additional holidays assure you time to enjoy the ideal recreation along the Coast of Massachusetts!
