Seeking Medical Director for Successful Hospitalist Program; join Five Hospitalists in Hospital employed position.

Hospital is 150 beds (Level 111 Trauma Center) and serves population of 200,000. Prefer experienced Hospitalist. The Directorship position will add additional income and nine hours a month of administrative duties. Hospitalist group is employed by one hospital only. Hospitalists work mostly day time hours; they work their PM’s hours from home; current schedule is close to seven on and seven off. Hospitalist do not take Day or Night Call on the Weekends (Nocturnist for Weekend Nights also does Weekend Days.) Group does some minor monitoring of 12 bed ICU; however, four Pulmonologists have primary responsibility. Average daily rounding census is usually 20 patients with three new admits per day. Night time admits done from home. ER docs can admit. Six full time ER docs see 31,000 visits a year.

280-300K to start depending on your experience. 30K signing bonus; 50K loan repayment if needed. Extra bonus incentives given in addition to salary guarantee. Relocation and hospital benefits added to this package.
