Top Health System is actively recruiting for 2 hospitalists to expand their current program to a total of 6 physicians. The Hospitalist Program operates under the guidance from the Chief Medical Officer for the facility who does the scheduling for the physicians in the program as well as providing general clinical oversite.
The current hospitalists are scheduled to work between 15 to 20 shifts per month. The monthly schedule is generally worked out by the physicians with the approval of the Chief Medical Officer. For the most part the physicians do not work the traditional 7 on-7 off schedule since the Chief Medical Officer does not believe in burning the physicians out. The Chief Medical Officer has years of experience in hospitalist settings and is a strong advocate of the hospitalist program at the medical center.
The positions will be employed by the hospital and offer a highly competitive base compensation and a RVU based bonus incentive system. The base salary will be in the $200,000 - $220,000 range. Production bonuses are paid out on a quarterly basis and generally range from 10K to 20K.
One week for CME plus 3K, Relocation up to 10K, signing bonus too!
