Cooley Dickinson Hospital, a dynamic 140-bed community hospital in Western Massachusetts affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital, is currently seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Med-Peds physicians to join its established and congenial Hospitalist group.

Full-time (days or nocturnist) and moonlighting opportunities are available.

We seek physicians who are excited by the prospect of joining the staff of a full-service, highly regarded community hospital.

Our present hospitalist staffing model consists of 4 hospitalists rounding and doing admissions during the day, and 1-2 dedicated nocturnists on at night (i.e. minimal night coverage required by our daytime hospitalists). Full-time employment averages 4 shifts (40 hours) per week, or 3 shifts (36 hours) per week for nocturnists; group is self-scheduled for various block lengths.

Compensation offered will include competitive base salary + incentive, paid malpractice, and a comprehensive benefits package including six weeks of paid time off and one week of CME leave (two weeks for Med-Peds physicians).

Cooley Dickinson Hospital is located in Northampton, Massachusetts, a five-college community in the western part of the state.
